Water Sample Testing
Perfect for Public (City) Water and Private (Well) Water
VA, FHA, and Conventional Loans almost always require a water test if the home you are purchasing is on private (well) water. When a water test is needed for a home loan, they also require that a third-party individual collect and submit the sample for testing - this means that neither the seller nor the buyer can collect the sample. We at Cardinal Home Inspections, LLC, meet the qualifications of being a third-party sample collector, and we will be happy to assist you in this step of your home-buying experience!
We always have short-notice availability, and you will receive your tests results the next day!

Find Out What's Going on with Your Pipes!
Our sewer scoping service is a great stand-alone or add-on to evaluate the health of your home's sewer lines. A sewer scope service can find any clogs, damaged pipes, or even disconnected pipes. Where your water discharges from the home to the septic tank or public sewers, the pipes have to run underground. Over time, tree roots can cause damage to these pipes, or long-term settling can cause sections of pipe to become disconnected. I always recommend clients get their sewage lines scoped so they can catch any potential future plumbing problems sooner rather than later!
